I've spent some time over this last week (waiting for my servo to arrive) making the Motor Arm Brackets. Two sets of these brackets need to simply hold the arms in place (4 required) but the 3rd set (2 required) needs to house two bearings inside which the arm can rotate. This rotation will be provided by the servo.

Standard brackets:
These were made using 2mm thick sheets of ABS "glued" together using Acetone.
The Bearing Mounts are a little different to allow the bearings to be fitted and kept in place:
